Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a support retainer

Monthly support retainers can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice sent by email.

2. Prepaid unused hours

Prepaid hours that have not been used are refunded on request. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the request, to the original payment method.

3. Completed work

Work that has already been completed and delivered is non-refundable.

4. Disputes

If you are not satisfied, please contact us first by email at info@nrgcapital.eu. We respond within 2 business days and will work with you to find a fair solution.
